  • Can the hair be dyed?
The hair will come in its natural color. Raw hair varies from natural brown to jet black, but your bundles will be matched closely as possible. Hair can be dyed to a 613, but I strongly suggest having it done by a professional.
  • Will my bundles be identical to one another?
Please keep in mind that with Raw hair, no two bundles are alike because the hair is cut from one girl's head. We cannot guarantee the exact wave pattern for every bundle, but know that we will do our very best to match each bundle as closely as possible.
  • There is a length that I want that is not listed, do you have it?
If there is a length that you want that is not listed, email or text us and we will let you know if we have that length. Also, if and when I am running “BUNDLE DEALS”, if there is a specific bundle deal that you want that is not listed (for instance, 28" 30", 30" 30") please let me know and I will try my best to create a bundle deal just for you.
  • Do you sell Closures and Frontals?
Yes, we sell closures and frontals, just email or text us if you are interested. Closures and frontals are customed ordered.
  • Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products we offer, NO PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUNDED! This is non-negotiable! ALL SALES ARE DEEMED FINAL. Please note that if an exchange is offered in place of your defective item, wait times for the new item will vary based on shipment times and volume of orders at the time of sale. Please review our "Returns Policy".
  • How long does shipping take?
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for the standard 3-5 day shipping for priority mail. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES. NO ADDRESS CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. Please double check your information.
  • How long does processing take?
Processing time for all orders may be approximately 5-7 business days, and this does not include shipping time. Please note that your order may be shipped as early as 7 business days. During sale times please note that the processing and handling time can be extended.
